Договор дистанционной продажи

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is established electronically between Vodi Travel Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi (TÜRSAB Licence No: 17908, Address: Güzelyurt Mah. 26220 Sk. No: 17B Aksu / Antalya) and the customer making a reservation through our website.

The subject of the Agreement is the sale and provision of the transfer service selected by the customer through the VIP Transfer Antalya Taxi website. The service fee and details are clearly communicated to the customer during the reservation.

Before completing the reservation, the customer declares to have read and accepted the service scope, price, payment terms and cancellation/refund policy.

Payment may be made in cash (EUR / GBP / TRY) or by credit card. Pre-payment / bank transfer is available on request.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances during service delivery (adverse weather, traffic, force majeure), Vodi Travel will inform the customer as soon as possible and provide an alternative solution where possible.

Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be competent in case of dispute.
