If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your transfer, the full service fee will be refunded.

For cancellations made within 24 hours, the reservation fee is non-refundable; however, a free rescheduling to another date can be arranged.

If the service cannot be provided due to reasons not caused by the customer (Vodi Travel-related), the payment will be fully refunded.

Flight delays are tracked and no additional fees are charged.
